Project Care
Project Care provides health access and outreach to people who are uninsured while networking with other community-based organizations to facilitate continued treatment, screening, and education. The Grand Rapids clinic is located at 100 NW 3rd Street, Suite 2, across from the Herald Review and near the Blandin Buildings. Patients can be seen each Tuesday evening from 5:30 -7:30. No appointment is necessary.
