Driver Record Background Check

Type III Training - District Suburbans & Vans

If you're on staff, and plan to drive a district vehicle, the necessary driving paperwork MUST be submitted each year. Please have your papework in at least 7 business days prior to your needing to drive.

Please go through the Type III Training presentation below.  Complete the Type III Special Needs & Knowledge Quiz and the Driver Background Check, and submit to the Transportation department with all appropriate signatures.
