Polly A. Podpeskar,
R.D., L.D. directs the Food & Nutrition
program. She is a Registered Licensed
Dietitian. Polly is highly committed to her
profession. She works actively on legislative
efforts to support school food service programs.
She serves on the Public Policy and Legislation Committee
in Washington, D.C. for the American School Food Service
Association. She
serves on the Executive Board as the Divisional Chair in
St. Paul for the Minnesota School Food Service
Association where she chairs the Public Policy Committee
in St. Paul for the Minnesota School Food Service
Association and is a member of the American Dietetic
Association. She also serves on the Board of
Directors for Queen City Federal Savings Bank.
