District 318 has one general form that must be completed in order to begin the enrollment process for each student.

Enrollment forms are obtained by calling or visiting the Bigfork School office. You may also link to the form, print it and fill it out.

Completed Enrollment Forms may be returned by mail or in person to the Bigfork School office.

You will be notified if any additional information is needed in order to satisfy individual circumstances of student and/or family, i.e. Open Enrollment Application.
