Enrollment

Central Student Enrollment offers one-stop service for families for all enrollment-related transactions.
Students at any grade level, any schools register through Central Student Enrollment.
District 318 has one general form that must be completed in order to begin the enrollment process for each student.
Enrollment forms can be obtained by calling or visiting the Central Student Enrollment Office. You may also link to the form, print it and fill it out.
Completed enrollment forms may be returned by mail or in person to the Central Student Enrollment Office.
You will be notified if any additional information is needed in order to satisfy individual circumstances of student and/or family, i.e. Open Enrollment Application.
Once your child is enrolled, please continue to keep Central Enrollment informed of any changes of address, phone numbers, etc.
