Welcome to 1SD 318 Early Childhood Family Education/School Readiness

This program is designed for families with children age birth to 5. ECFE/SR provides opportunities for parents to spend quality time with their child(ren). The classes provide a connection with other families and allow both you and your child(ren) time to learn and enjoy each other. ECFE/SR is a school district program under the umbrella of Community Education. Certified Early Childhood teachers and parent educators, as well as educational support personnel work together to offer the parents and children a safe, nurturing, educational, place to learn and experience the child/parent relationship.

There are no income guidelines for participation. Fees for the classes are based on the length of the class and the number of days classes are held. Fee waivers/reduction forms are available at the Early Childhood Office upon registration.
