The recertification committee meets 3 times per year to review clock hour submissions.  The recertification committee will enter CEU information on the MDE Teacher Licensing website as the committee completes the approval process. Priority will be given to those renewing in 2010, 2011, 2012.

The next recertification committee meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2010:  Clock hour request documentation should turned in prior to this date if approval is desired at this time. We highly recommend occasional submission of the approval requests throughout the 5 year renewal time period to prevent last minute surprises.  The Department of Education frequently changes the areas of content required for renewal. We want to help you stay on top of those changes.

The 4th quarter RECERTIFICATION meeting is set for - Wednesday, April 28th from 12:30 -3:30 in the RJEMS Media Center. All those needing to renew by 2010, please try to have everything you need submitted. Anything that comes in after this date will have to be dealt with in early June. PRIORITY will be given to those renewing in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
