The purpose of the Bigfork Student Leader Rewards Program is to create incentives for students in Grades 11 and 12 to develop and model leadership qualities. These qualities benefit both the individual and school as upper-class students hone skills that prepare them for their future and underclass students see positive leadership displayed by older peers.

Students must apply for the award and meet certain benchmarks in academic achievement; attendance; behavior; extra-curricular participation; and staff recommendation in order to be accepted into the program.
